Online, October 24, 2016 (Newswire.com) - BRENTWOOD, Tenn.--Corizon Health Chief Executive Officer Karey Witty today announced Scot Ward as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer.
Scot Ward tapped as Chief Admin Officer of industry leading correctional healthcare provider Corizon Health.
In the newly created position, Ward will oversee the correctional healthcare provider's IT, Analytics, Utilization Management, and Contracting departments. Most recently, Ward served as an Executive Advisor with Beecken Petty O'Keefe & Company after leaving Nashville-based naviHealth, where he was Senior Vice President of Business Intelligence and Interim Chief Information Officer.
Ward has more than 20 years' experience as a healthcare leader, specializing in technology and analytics, including medical analytics, health informatics, predictive modeling, Medicare, and Medicaid. He has spent the majority of his career designing and leveraging business intelligence solutions to help healthcare companies improve outcomes and reduce costs.
Earlier in his career, Ward served as Corizon Health's Vice President of Business Support and Analysis and led the company's Provider Network and Claims Processing and Payment Departments.
